What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in for bungalows is from 15:00 to 19:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure.
For guests staying in the camping area, check-in is from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 (please consider other guests during quiet times). Check-out is by 12:00.

What happens if I want to cancel a booking?

It depends on the rate you have selected at the moment of your booking:

  • Standard rate: free cancellation up to 30 days before for any of your reservations.
  • Non-refundable rate: in case of cancellation, the full amount of the reservation is retained.

For cancellations due to Covid19 we will consider the deposit valid for a future stay within the next season.

When is the balance for the stay paid?

The balance of the stay will be made in the structure upon check-out or the day before departure. CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

What are the payment methods?

We accept debit and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard) and cash.

How far is the campsite from the sea?

The campiste is right by the sea with direct access to the beach. The furthest point from the beach is about 700m.

If I have to leave early?

We invite you to let us know the time you would like to departure, if it is after the reception closing hour.

I expect to arrive after 19:00. What should I do?

Give us a call to let us know that you will be arriving late. Our staff will be there to welcome you.

Is there a quiet time?

The hours of silence are from 00:00 to 07:30 and 13:00 to 15:00.

  • Porto Torres: 130 Km;
  • Arbatax: 175 Km;
  • Olbia: 190 Km;
  • Golfo Aranci: 210 Km.

How far are airports from the campsite?:

  • Alghero: 150 Km;
  • Olbia: 180 Km;
  • Cagliari: 110 Km;
  • Arbatax: 170 Km.

What types of pitches are available?

You can choose between pitches with electricity and without electricity.

Are the plots shaded?

The whole campsite is located within a pine forest, guaranteeing plenty of shade.

What happens in case of cancellation?

  • In case of cancellation within 30 days from the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded.
  • From 30 days up to 24 hours upon arrival, the deposit will be retained.
  • In case of no show, 100% of the amount of the booked stay will be charged.

For cancellations due to Covid19 we will consider the deposit valid for a future stay within the next season.

What if I arrive early or late?

In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full cost of the stay will be charged.

What are the check-in and check-out times for the pitches?

You can enter from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 in order to respect the silence.

Do you hire fridges?

We have a limited number of fridges for rent, with a daily cost of € 5.00. We kindly ask you to inform us at the time of booking in order to reserve a refrigerator. At the time of rental we kindly ask you for a security deposit of €100.00 which will be refunded when the refrigerator is returned.

Can I park the car near the pitch?

You will be able to access the campsite by car upon your arrival for loading and unloading. During your stay, you can park your car in the free parking area of ​​the campsite or near the pitch for € 8.00 per day.

Is there a pump available to inflate mattresses?

No, you have to bring it from home.

I don’t have a tent or a camper, are there tents or caravans to rent?

Yes, with us you can find vintage caravans or equipped tents.

Do you have ice briquettes but don’t know where to freeze them?

Take your tiles to the bar and we’ll put them in our freezer.

Are hot showers for a fee?

Hot showers are free, the water is not drinkable.

Do you use threads in the trees for the laundry?

No, you can use the drying racks available in the village. Not only is it dangerous to hang out in the trees, it is forbidden because Is Arenas is a protected pine forest.

Are there a washing machines?

Yes, there are paid washing machines and dryers.

Are extension cords available for connection to electricity?

Sure. You can request them upon your arrival at a cost of €5.00 per day. Remember that we have a limited number of them therefore it is best to bring it from home

How many watts does a pitch connection have?

Up to 1,5w.

Can i bring my scooter inside the village?

Scooters can be kept inside the village but must be driven by hand during the hours of silence.

What types of bungalows are available?

Stella Marina Bungalow for 2-3 people.
Mimosa Bungalow from 2 to 4 people (2 with amenities for people with disabilities).
Ginepro Bungalow from 2 to 5 people.

In case of cancellation, will the deposit be returned?

  • In case of cancellation within 30 days from the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded.
  • From 29 days up to 24 hours upon arrival, the deposit will be retained.
  • In case of no show, 100% of the amount of the booked stay will be charged.

Nel caso di arrivo ritardato o partenza anticipata sarà conteggiato l’intero costo del soggiorno.

Is there air conditioning?

No, non c’è l’aria condizionata. L’intero camping è situato all’interno di una rigogliosa pineta che garantisce una buona ombreggiatura e ventilazione.

Is there a kitchen in the bungalows?

The kitchen of the bungalows is located outside, on the patio of the bungalow, sheltered from the roof, but outside. The sink provides NON-DRINKING water.

Is there a refrigerator in the bungalow?

Yes, in the kitchenette of the bungalow you will find the refrigerator.

Is linen included in the price?

For stays of at least 4 nights, linen is always included in the price. For stays from 1 to 3 nights you can rent linen at the hotel at a cost of € 10.00 / person or bring it from home.
For stays of at least 14 nights, a mid-stay linen change is included.

Do I have to pay for the final cleaning?

The cost is € 30.00 and is applied to all stays, regardless of the duration.
For holidays with a dog, the cleaning cost is € 50.00.

Can I park the car near the bungalow?

You will be able to access the village by car upon your arrival for unloading. During your stay, you can park your car in the free car park, if you want to park near the bungalow the cost of the car is € 8.00 per day.

Is there wi-fi in the rooms?

No, the wi-fi is available in the open common areas: in the bar, restaurant, reception area.

Is there a washing machine in the bungalow?

No, but in the village there is a laundry area with washing machines and dryers, for a fee.

Can I bring the dog into the bungalows?

Yes, access to animals is allowed.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, we ask you for a security deposit of € 100.00 to be paid at check-in. Before departure, the bungalow will be checked and if there is no damage the deposit will be returned.

What are the types of Caravans available?

Caravans for 2 people.
Caravans for 2 to 4 people (max 2 adults + 2 children up to 11 y.o.).

In case of cancellation, will the deposit be returned?

  • In case of cancellation within 30 days from the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded.

The cost is € 20.00 and is applied to all stays, regardless of the duration.
For holidays with a dog, the cleaning cost is € 25.00.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, we ask you for a security deposit of € 50.00 to be paid at check-in. Before departure, the bungalow will be checked and if there is no damage the deposit will be returned.

Is there a kitchen inside the caravan?

The caravan kitchen is outside, sheltered by a gazebo, but outside.

Is there a refrigerator?

Yes, in the kitchenette you will find the refrigerator.

Is there a bathroom in the caravan?

No, the caravans do not have a bathroom. You can use the common areas located within the campsite.

Can I park the car near the bungalow?

You will be able to access the village by car upon your arrival for unloading. During your stay, you can park your car in the free car park, if you want to park near the bungalow the cost of the car is € 8.00 per day.

Is there wi-fi in the rooms?

No, the wi-fi is available in the open common areas: in the bar, restaurant, reception area.

Is there a washing machine in the caravans?

No, but in the village there is a laundry area with washing machines and dryers, for a fee.

Can I bring the dog into the caravans?

Yes, access to animals is allowed.

How many guests can stay in the tree tents?

For your convenience, the tree tents are recommended for the stay of an adult.

Can refrigerators be rented?

We have a limited number of refrigerators for rent, with a daily cost of € 5.00. We kindly ask you to inform us at the time of booking in order to reserve a refrigerator.

Yes, and it is open for both lunch and dinner.

Is there a bar in the village

Yes, always open from 07:30 to 00:00. It also serves cold dishes and ready meals.

Are there barbecues available?

Yes, the barbecues are located within the village and are free to use. We ask you to be very careful when using barbecues. Watch until the fire goes out, keep water always available during use. We remind you that the use of private barbecues is prohibited.

What documents do you need to bring the dog?

You will need to bring the booklet and we also recommend insurance.

Should the dog wear a muzzle?

No, but you must have it with you if you have a nervous dog and ALWAYS lead the dog on a leash.

Is there a dog area?

Yes, there is a fenced area of ​​the village so that they can run free.

Can dogs be washed?

Yes, in the dog area there is an area reserved for their toilet. You cannot take them with you to showers or public toilets.

Are there any items for dogs at the market?

Yes, at the market you will find dry food and wet food, sanitary bags and other useful items.

Is there a veterinarian if I need one?

The closest veterinarian is located in Oristano, about 10 km from the village.

Where is the nearest pharmacy?

There is a pharmacy in Santa Caterina di Pittinuri 7 km from the campsite. Otherwise you can go to the Narbolia pharmacy, 11 km from the campsite. Alternatively, there is a well-stocked pharmacy in Riola.

Where is the nearest medical service?

In case of need, you can contact the Narbolia medical guard (11 km from the campsite). In summer, the Tourist Medical Guard is also active in Santa Caterina di Pittinuri, active 24 hours a day (7 km from the village).
